Bahaar Tonic
بهار تونیک
Bahaar is the Persian word for Spring. Refreshing yet complex, this is an easy drinking cocktail for a worldly individual
- 2oz gin
- 2oz cucumber-mint Jabin
- Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice
- Top with tonic water
- Garnish: fresh sprig of mint + cucumber slice
Non-Alcoholic Version: Sub 2oz of gin with 2 additional ounces of cucumber-mint Jabin
Kish Sunset
غروب کیش
Named after Kish Island, jewel of the Persian gulf. This cocktail transports you to the white sandy beaches and blue waters of the gulf
- 2oz tequila (reposado or blanco)
- 1oz cucumber-mint Jabin
- 1oz Cointreau (or Orange Liqueur of choice)
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- serve on a rocks glass with salt and black lime powder on the rim
Optional: muddle with 1/4 green chili pepper or shake with a sprinkle of Aleppo chili pepper
