A Timeless Tradition

Jabin is more than a drink—it’s a connection to history, culture, and the personal story of our founder, Homayoon Ershadi.

Inspired by the ancient Persian beverage Sekanjabin, Jabin brings an age-old recipe to life. For over a thousand years, Sekanjabin has been celebrated for its refreshing and restorative qualities.

As a competitive cyclist, Homayoon experienced this tradition firsthand. On hot summer days, his mother would make her own version of Sekanjabin, which became his go-to drink after training rides to recover and rehydrate.

Now, we’ve bottled that same recipe and tradition to share with the world.
